See more about this pub on WhatPub, CAMRA's national pub guide.

Large two-bar 1930s pub built in a then rapidly expanding part of the city. Like all similar pubs built at that time in Hereford it took over the licences of two city-centre pubs which were duly closed. A community pub serving a wide area of Hereford south of the Wye, it is home to a darts team and a poker school. A karaoke session is held every 6 weeks on Friday or Saturday and live music every 6-8 weeks. A trance night takes place every 3 months and has proved extremely popular, attracting a clientele from far and wide, not merely local, and welcoming up to 6 trance DJs who regularly play other venues in the UK and Ibiza. No real ale at present but hope to have it again soon
